Our goal at Andy’s Pastry Shop is to treat you to the desserts you miss and to do them better than anyone else.

We are a fun loving family that really likes food. I, Andy, the father of this goofy group enjoy cooking and baking, so much that I considered becoming a chef many times but never when through with it. I chose instead to cook for family and friends.
Years ago my wife and I had the idea to hold a fundraiser dinner in our home to help raise funds for some of our overseas missionary friends in South Africa and India. Since then we have had more than 15 dinners because we enjoy bringing awareness about our missionaries and trying new recipes and changing them to make them my own.
When I started to bake more I found a true satisfaction in satisfying others with food and I kept experimenting with all kinds of bread, rolls and sweet treats. I really like making cinnamon rolls because I don't know very many people who don't like cinnamon rolls. I saw a cooking show where they were folding a pastry and had the thought to try the same thing with my cinnamon roll recipe. I decided to try it and came up with what I call my Sweet Roll Blossoms. My wife liked them so much she asked me if I would make them to raise money for a mission trip to Guatemala that she and our oldest son were going on in the summer of 2019. We raised over $1000 during three weekends of selling our Sweet Roll Blossoms. God is so amazing for blessing us. All the glory should be focused on God and His amazing power and grace.
Many people who bought the Sweet Roll Blossoms suggested that I sell them, so I decided I would give it a try. I opened a home bakery business and obtained my license within a month so I can sell to other businesses.
But how did we get into making our tasty Vegan/gluten free treats? I made a cake for a friend who has many food allergies. I investigated some vegan/gluten free desserts and came up with I call Vegan/gluten free Cake Muffins which also led me to make Vegan/gluten free cookies. They both are amazingly good. But don't just take our word for it, we have had many taste testers who say the very same thing.
